CANCELED: Belching Beaver Operation Beaver Drop on National Beaver Day April 7 at Peaks & Pints

Editor Note: Sorry, folks, Chuck, the Belching Beaver Brewery beaver, called in sick. He’s not jumping out of a plane with their Operation: Beaver Drop lemon wheat ale. We’ll tap the other Belching Beaver beers and toast the little guy anyway. Cheers!

As the undersigned Releasor, I fully recognize that there are dangers and risks to which I may be exposed by skydiving with Belching Beaver Brewery’s new Operation Beaver Drop Lemon Wheat Ale keg, as well as other Belching Beaver kegs, onto North 26th Street in Tacoma’s Proctor District, directly in front of Peaks & Pints (the “Activity” including but not limited to skydiving, ground instruction, parachute instruction, aircraft operation, riding in aircraft at any phase of operation, drinking Belching Beaver beers inside the aircraft, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor,” “I” or “me” or Beaver), the aircraft, aircraft exit, freefall, deployment of parachute, time under parachute, landing, rescue operations or attempts, keg stands, Belching Beaver swag mishaps, ground or air transportation, or long lines inside Peaks & Pints to drink stated kegs.

As the undersigned Releasor, I understand that Belching Beaver Brewery and Peaks & Pints do require me to participate in this Activity, but I want to do so despite the possible dangers and risks and despite this Release. With informed consent, and for valuable consideration received, including assistance provided by Belching Beaver Sales Executive Sean Larson, as the undersigned Releasor, I agree to assume and take on myself all the risks and responsibilities in any way arising from or associated with this Activity. Also, hell yes, I want to skydive Belching Beaver Operation Beaver Drop Wheat Ale keg and other Belching Beaver kegs to Peaks & Pints on National Beaver Day, yo.

I have read this entire Release. I fully understand the entire Release and acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this Release instead of drinking Belching Beaver beer, and I agree to be legally bound by the Release.
