College friends Adam Charnack and Chris Frosaker were working in other industries and home brewing on the side when they decided to take the leap at open circus-themed Hi-Wire Brewing in Ashville, North Carolina. This past July, Husband-wife team Kelsey and David Horne opened Grit City Ciderworks in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood.
